These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fragrance Click website and your purchase of products from us. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fragrance Click Ltd. The term "you" refers to the user or customer of our website.
2. Use of Our Website
Our website is directed solely at consumers who access it from the United Kingdom. The products sold on our website are intended for use only in the UK. If you access our website from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or current at all times.
We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to our website at any time for business, operational, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or uninterrupted.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. Your order constitutes an offer which we may accept or decline.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we dispatch the products from our warehouse. At this point, a binding contract is formed between you and us based on these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the following circumstances: the product is out of stock, we cannot meet a specified delivery deadline, there is an error in the product price or description, we identify suspected fraudulent activity, we believe the order has been placed for resale purposes, or we are unable to authorize your payment. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the products.
4. Making Changes to Your Order
If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will inform you whether the change is possible.
If we can make the requested change, we will advise you of any impact on the price, delivery time, or other aspects of your order. You can then decide whether to proceed with the change. If we cannot make the change or you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel your order in accordance with section 8 below.
5. Products and Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure that product images and descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly from their images in terms of color, design, or size due to photographic and display limitations.
Although we make every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors in the same way as the actual product.
If you order a product that is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will refund you the full amount paid for that product, including any associated delivery or gift wrapping charges. If your order contains multiple items, we will send available items and refund you for any out-of-stock items.
6. Prices and Payment
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current rate. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
We take all reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. However, if we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to inform you. If the correct price is lower than the price stated, we will charge you the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we will give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
If an obvious pricing error occurs that could reasonably be recognized as a mistake, we may cancel the order, refund any payment, and request the return of any products already dispatched.
Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card including Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay. The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order. We will not charge your payment card until we dispatch the products to you. All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.
7. Delivery
We offer a range of delivery options which you can select at checkout. Full details of delivery methods, costs, and estimated timeframes are available on our Delivery page and will be shown during the checkout process.
We use Royal Mail as our shipping carrier to deliver products to you. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our or Royal Mail's reasonable control, such as adverse weather, traffic conditions, or other logistical issues.
Products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure this address is correct and that someone will be available to receive the delivery.
If products are missing from your delivery or arrive damaged, please notify our Customer Service team within 72 hours of receipt. You should retain all packaging as we may ask you to return it.
If an item fails to arrive after being dispatched, we must wait 15 working days (10 working days for next-day delivery) before we can offer a refund or replacement, as Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until this time. Non-delivered items must be reported to us within 10 days of dispatch.
Ownership of products passes to you once we receive payment in full. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
8. Your Right to Cancel and Returns
Cancellation Due to Change of Mind
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team. If you have received the products, you must return them to us in accordance with our returns process.
You cannot cancel if you have broken the seal on the product or if the product has been personalized for you, such as with engraving or personal messages.
Our 90-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a 90-day returns policy. You can return any product to us within 90 days of purchase for a refund or replacement, subject to availability. Full details of how to make a return are available on our Returns page.
Products must be returned in their original condition with seals unbroken, unless the product is faulty. Personalized products, including items with engraving or custom messages, cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
When you cancel within the 14-day statutory period, we will refund the price of the products and contribute toward delivery charges up to the cost of our cheapest delivery method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned products or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for the product to be collected or provide you with a returns label.
We will refund or replace faulty or incorrect products at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
10. Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel your order and end the contract if you do not make payment when required, you do not provide necessary information for us to fulfill your order, or you do not allow us to deliver the products within a reasonable time. If we cancel for these reasons, we will refund any amounts you have paid but may deduct reasonable costs we have incurred as a result of your breach.
11. Promotions, Discount Codes and Free Gifts
We may occasionally offer promotions and discount codes. These are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions. Discount codes may have expiry dates and may exclude certain products or brands.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Specific promotional terms will be published separately and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Free Gifts
We may from time to time offer free gifts as part of a promotional offer. Where a free gift is offered, the following terms apply. Free gifts are only available during specific promotional periods and are subject to availability whilst stocks last. Free gifts cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative and are not exchangeable or refundable. Unless otherwise stated, customers cannot choose the free gift they will receive. All free gifts are subject to availability and are non-transferable. Your free gift will be dispatched together with the relevant qualifying items from your order.
By taking advantage of any free gift offer, you are accepting these terms and conditions in full.
