Our Returns Policy

90 Days to Return, Completely Free

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund. All returns are free of charge.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if something isn't quite right, we'll make it right.

Important Return Requirements:

Products must be in their original condition with seals unbroken (unless the product is faulty)
Items must be returned in their original packaging (excluding cellophane if opened)
Returns must be made within 90 days of your purchase date

If your product is damaged or faulty, you can return it even if the seal has been broken. Please contact our support team first so we can assist you.

How to Return an Item

Creating a return is simple. Just click the button below to access our returns portal on Royal Mail, where you can register your return, print your free pre-paid shipping label, and drop your item off at your nearest Royal Mail location or post box.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed the same day. Funds can arrive in 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).

Want a Different Product?

If you'd like a different fragrance, size, or product, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for what you'd prefer.

This ensures you get exactly what you want without any delays. Once your return is processed, you'll receive your refund and you can place your new order straight away.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, we sincerely apologise. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Please contact us at support@fragranceclick.co.uk before making your return, and include a photo of the damage if possible. This helps us resolve the issue faster and improve our packaging for future orders.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund the same day.

What happens if my return gets lost in transit?

All our return labels include tracking. If your return doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. You won't be penalised if the carrier loses your return.

What if I ordered the wrong product?

No problem. Simply return the item for a full refund, then place a new order for the product you actually wanted. This ensures you get exactly what you need without any delays.
