We're committed to offering you the best prices on designer and niche fragrances. We regularly monitor our prices against major fragrance retailers, but if you find a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, we'll refund you the difference.
How It Works

2. Found a better price?
If you find an identical fragrance at a lower price within 7 days of placing your order, submit a price match claim through our online form.
3. We'll refund the difference
Once approved, we'll refund the price difference to your original payment method within 48 hours.

How to Submit a Price Match Claim

Receiving Your Refund
Processing Time:
Once approved, we'll issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method. Please allow:
Payment Methods:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). If you paid using a gift card or store credit, we'll issue a gift card for the difference.

Purchase Limits:
We reserve the right to limit quantities on price match claims. This policy is designed for personal use, not commercial resale.
Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or if items were purchased for resale or business purposes.
