How do I pay for my order?
We accept a wide range of payment methods to make checkout as easy as possible. You can pay using the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. How quick can I get my order?
Generally orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days for our free service. Orders are packed the same day Monday to Friday if ordered before 2pm. We also offer expedited services if you need items quicker. Please visit our Delivery page for full details on all available services and prices.
Can I order over the phone?
At this time we do not have the facilities to take orders over the phone.
What currency do you accept?
At this time we only accept GBP (British Pounds).
How can I track my order?
When your order gets collected by the carrier you will receive a shipment email with your tracking number. You can click directly on the tracking number in that email, or visit the Royal Mail tracking page and enter your tracking number there.
How can I return my item?
We accept returns within 90 days of purchase, completely free of charge. For full details on how to start a return, please visit our Returns page.
Do I have to register to place an order?
Quite simply no, customers can checkout as a guest. We recommend creating an account so you can easily see order history and store delivery addresses which can make checking out in the future easier.
Is this a secure site?
Absolutely. We take the security of your personal and payment information very seriously. From the moment you enter the checkout, all data is fully encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128-bit technology, which is the strongest level of encryption available, ensuring your details are safe at every step. Payment transactions are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers. All personal information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, so you can shop with complete confidence and peace of mind.
Are your items boxed and sealed?
Every item on our website is sold in its original manufacturer packaging. For the vast majority of products this includes cellophane sealing, however a small number of items are simply not cellophane sealed by their manufacturer. Well-known examples include CK One, Joop! Homme, and almost all large gift sets. This is exactly how you would find these products if purchasing them directly from the brand or on the high street.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible. Provided your order hasn't already been dispatched, we'll be happy to help with any amendments or cancellations.
Do you include invoices with your orders?
We don't include printed invoices inside our parcels, but if you need one, we're happy to send it over via email. Simply get in touch with our customer service team and we'll get that across to you.
Do you price match?

Do you ship outside of the UK?
We currently only dispatch orders to addresses within the UK, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. As a proudly UK-based business, we are passionate about serving our home market and ensuring every customer here receives the best possible experience.
How long do refunds take for returned orders?
Refunds are processed the same day we receive and inspect your return. However, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed.
I placed a large order. Will everything arrive in one parcel?
For larger, higher-value orders, your items may be dispatched across multiple parcels. This is because Royal Mail does not provide compensation for loss or damage to parcels that exceed a value of £150, and we want to make sure your order is fully protected from the moment it leaves us. You'll receive individual dispatch confirmation emails for each parcel, each with its own tracking number, so you can keep an eye on everything along the way.
I placed my order over the weekend and it hasn't been dispatched yet. Is everything okay?
Not to worry! Our team doesn't process orders over the weekend, but your order will be picked up and dispatched on the next working day. We appreciate your patience and promise it'll be on its way to you soon!
I've emailed you but haven't received a reply. What should I do?
Our customer support team are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we make it our priority to ensure no question goes unanswered. If you haven't heard back from us, it's worth checking your spam or junk folder in case our reply has landed there. Please also bear in mind that we work through our messages in order of receipt to keep wait times as fair as possible. Sending multiple follow-up emails may unfortunately push your query further back in the queue, so we'd kindly ask for a little patience and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
My parcel shows as delivered but I can't find it. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your parcel! We'd first suggest checking with other members of your household or neighbouring properties, as couriers will sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour on your behalf. It's also worth checking any safe spots around your property, such as a porch, side gate, or behind a bin. If you've exhausted all of these options and still can't locate your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team within 28 days of the order date and we'll do our best to help.
My tracking number isn't working. What's going on?
We completely understand the excitement of waiting for a new fragrance to arrive! Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 12 hours to become active after your dispatch confirmation email is sent. That email is your confirmation that your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, so rest assured it's on its way. If your tracking still isn't updating after 12 hours, please feel free to get in touch with our team.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Whilst damage in transit is extremely rare, our team take great pride in packing every order safely and securely, and we completely understand how frustrating this can be. If your order does arrive in a damaged condition, please hold on to all of the packaging, both the product box and the outer postage packaging, as this will be needed to support any claim. Once you have done that, please reach out to our customer service team and they will guide you through the process and make sure everything is resolved for you.
What happens if an item is missing from my parcel?
Missing items are extremely rare at Fragrance Click. We use dedicated scanning software to verify every single item before it is packed and processed, so we can be confident your order has been fulfilled correctly. However, if you do believe something is missing, please retain all of the outer postage packaging and contact our team as soon as possible. This allows us to raise a formal investigation with Royal Mail and work towards a resolution for you quickly.
What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?
Not to worry! If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your parcel, they will attempt redelivery on the next working day. If that attempt is also unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local delivery office for 18 calendar days, during which time you can either reschedule your delivery or collect it in person at a time that suits you.
Why don't the batch codes match between my bottle and box in my gift set?
This is completely normal and nothing to be concerned about! Within a gift set, the main bottle carries its own batch code, and any additional items included have their own individual codes too. These all sit under the umbrella of the batch code printed on the outer gift set packaging, which is the overarching reference for the set as a whole.

This is simply how fragrance brands manage their production batches, allowing them to track every individual component in the event of a fault or product recall. If you'd like to verify the authenticity or batch information of any product, we are always happy to help.
Why isn't my order showing in my account?
If you checked out as a guest prior to creating an account, your order won't be linked to your profile. Don't worry though, you'll still receive confirmation and dispatch emails that allow you to track your order every step of the way. Going forward, any orders placed whilst signed in to your account will be visible in your order history.
