Secure Payments
All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. Card payments are handled by Braintree, a PayPal service, and PayPal payments are processed through your PayPal account.
Your payment is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology, and card processing is carried out in line with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
We do not see or store your full card details. Card information is entered directly with our payment provider, and we only retain limited reference information, such as the last four digits, to help identify your order.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Once your payment is authorised, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If a payment cannot be authorised, your order will not be processed. In this case, please check your payment details with your card issuer or payment provider, or try an alternative payment method.
Currency and Pricing
All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
We make every effort to ensure all prices are accurate. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or refuse any order placed against an incorrect price. If this affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
