Every product we sell is 100% genuine. We never sell counterfeit, fake, replica, or "inspired by" fragrances. We only sell the real, branded product, exactly as the manufacturer made it.
We know lower prices can raise questions, so this page explains exactly where our stock comes from and the steps we take to guarantee that every bottle you receive is the genuine article.

Why our prices are lower
Our prices are lower because of how we source, not because of what we sell. Every fragrance is the same genuine product you would find at full price elsewhere.
We source through established distributors and wholesalers in the UK and Europe. Our range includes current lines alongside surplus, clearance, and end-of-line stock cleared by those distributors.
Because we buy genuine stock through these channels and keep our operation lean, we're able to offer prices below the high street, without ever compromising on authenticity.
How we guarantee authenticity
Genuine branded stock only
We source exclusively through established distributors and wholesalers. We do not sell counterfeit, fake, replica, "inspired by", or imitation fragrances of any kind.
Every purchase backed by an invoice
Everything we buy comes with a supplier invoice, and we keep full purchase records for every line of stock we sell. This paperwork means our products can be traced back through the supply chain.
Batch codes & packaging checked
We inspect batch codes and packaging on incoming stock as part of our standard process, so what reaches you is genuine and correctly presented.
Stored in our UK warehouse
All stock is held and dispatched from our own warehouse in Dartford, Kent, where it's stored properly and kept within its shelf life.
Checked before dispatch
Every order is checked before it leaves us. If anything isn't right, it doesn't go out. It's that simple.
Our authenticity controls
These are the working rules we follow on every product, every order:
- Supplier purchase documentation is retained and available for verification on request.
- We do not decant, refill, relabel, alter, or tamper with branded goods.
- Products are supplied in original branded retail packaging only.
- We review the packaging condition and presentation of every item before dispatch.
- We investigate any authenticity concern raised by a customer through our support team.
Batch codes and packaging variations
Fragrances carry a batch code printed or stamped on the bottle and box by the manufacturer. This code identifies the production run, which is how a product can be traced back through the supply chain, and it's one of the things we check on incoming stock.
Every product we sell carries its original manufacturer batch code where the manufacturer applies one. If you'd like to check a batch code yourself after your order arrives, free public batch checking tools are available online and we're happy to help if you have any questions.
One thing worth knowing: brands regularly update their packaging, labels and bottle designs between production runs, regions, and reformulations. So a bottle you buy today may look slightly different from one you bought a few years ago, or from a photo online. These variations are normal and don't mean a product isn't genuine. If anything about your order ever gives you doubt, contact us and we'll look into it.
